2. We offer premium services such as Featured Plans, Top Ads and Bumb Up (ad auto-renew daily) Promo packages.

If you promote your ads, they will stick on top of all free ads / offers. They will be displayed on all pages of a column, a section, or a region.

Top ads are placed in a separate section / block over the ordinary ads.

3. To order premium services on the website, visit your account under my listings then click on promote, you will be directed to checkout page then select your package then submit or you can opt fora membership plan where you can get a store / online shop and promote multiple ads, visit your dashboard then click purchase membership or visit https://alphasoko.com/pricing-plan/     

4. When ordering premium services, you will be redirected to a payment method on the checkout page. Every data entered by you on payment screens will be secured. The administrator will only receive information that relates to the payment.

5. The administrator reserves the right, in its authority, to change the features and types of premium services, fees, and acceptable payment methods from time to time and for any reason.

6. Unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of the applicable law, any fees paid for premium services are non-refundable due to the online nature of the services.

You acknowledge and agree that we will not make any prorated refunds in the event your ads violates our Terms and Conditions and is removed from the Platform, or when you deactivate an ad by yourself.

7. Our Premium Service Promo Packages are subjected to different validity period from the date of purchase (the “Service Validity Period”).

You acknowledge and agree that if you fail to use the Promo package you purchased during the Service Validity Period, you will have neither the right to initiate or use such Promo package nor any right to refund, compensation or replacement.

8.The available premium services promo packages are not subscription-based, therefore you should renew their validity period manually each time you need them.
